The staff at this small hotel are amazingly nice. the rooms are great-sized, well furnished, and reasonably priced. - the rooms come with a microwave or oven and offer a beautiful view of the garden. - the location is convenient for travelers using Shannon airport.

It was a fabulous guest house,relatively the layout is more like a hotel.very comfortable with beautiful views of the river..
The only problem was that it actuallly said that it was fifteen minutes walk into ennis,it was two and a half miles!

The staff at this small hotel was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us for a very early check-in. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and nicely furnished with a very comfy bed. The food provided was fine and the breakfast was superb. It's definitely our top pick for accommodation in Ennis.

Advertised as 15 minute walk from Ennis town centre, but this is not true. It took 30 minutes (fast walking) from town to the guesthouse. Wifi does not work in the bedroom as advertised. (It was available in the reception area).

Heating comes on at set times, 7pm,come back before then and the room is cold. Also no heating on in breakfast room.

The Lady running the guesthoust was not a nice person, and I would not reccommend anybody to stay there.It should not be on Booked.net website.

We had a great time at this place, the room was modern and had a nice view, and the price was fair for a 3-star hotel.

We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was large, comfortable and clean and overlooked the river. The bed was very comfy and we just what we needed after travelling. Ennis was only an £8 taxi ride away. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay here again.
